Terms for the Founding Beta

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old to request access or create an account. Access is personal, invitation-only, non-transferable, and intended for lawful personal trading-journal use.

You are responsible for your credentials, entries, trading decisions, and the accuracy of information you record. Do not misuse the service, attack its security, or use it unlawfully.

Founding Tester Lifetime Access

An accepted founding place provides personal lifetime access to MethodMark’s core personal trading-journal application without a subscription fee while the hosted service operates.

The founding grant does not include consulting, One House activities, separate products, transfer or resale rights, or third-party variable-cost services unless MethodMark later extends it explicitly.

Limits of the founding promise

Founding access does not promise perpetual cloud hosting, perpetual updates, perpetual support, perpetual third-party availability, or development of particular future features.

MethodMark intends to explore a final self-contained Windows personal edition if the hosted service is permanently discontinued, but the shutdown desktop edition is not part of the current promise. It would only be offered after an offline build exists and has been tested. The intended platform is Windows; no other platform is promised.

Beta availability and suspension

The founding beta may change, pause, contain defects, lose availability, or experience data loss. Keep exports or other copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

Hosted access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, unlawful use, security attacks, or serious violations of these Terms. Hosted suspension does not by itself erase a permanent founding grant.

Trading responsibility

MethodMark is a journal and analytics tool, not a broker, trade-execution service, or provider of personalized investment advice. Trading involves risk and can result in loss. MethodMark does not guarantee results or profitability.

Support and changes

Contact support@methodmark.app for support. Material changes to these Terms require a new version before new acceptance records are collected.
